Managed IT Service contracts
Prepaid Monthly service contracts are available with rates and services varying based on the size of your network. All support plans include access to Remote Management and Monitoring (RMM) agents and AV software. Standard offerings are:
Half-day on-site per month — 4-visits: $1360
Support & Management < 20 users: $420
Support & Management > 20 users: $760
Additional RMM agents: $20
All Support & Management contracts provide telephone/email support with a 4-business hour response time. Service calls requiring on-site support will be scheduled to begin within 48 hours, though it’s usually the next or same day. At the $420 level, up to 2 onsite one-hour services calls are included: at the $760 level, up to 3 of these calls are included. In some complex cases a network with less than 20 users may incur the $760 rate. Email/phone support is provided during business hours.
Typical Managed IT contract $1,780 per month
Four on-site visits per month for Managed IT with Support & Management on a network of less than 20 users. Performing workstation and user support, reviewing server logs, managing updates, backups, antivirus and workstations. The Support & Management contract is required for off-schedule email/telephone support.
A la Carte Services
Half-day on-site services (prepaid): $380

Network Design/Server configuration: $115/hr
Network Administration: $105/hr
Trip charge: $40
Computer RMM agents: $20
Terms
Prepayment is required for managed service contracts. Services commence on or after receipt of the first month's payment. Subsequent months will be billed in advance. Hourly A la Carte Services are due upon receipt.
