Mulehill Networks formed in 2006, is owned and operated by Joe Kletch, and is located in Milwaukee, WI. 

Joe offers onsite and remote Managed IT services in Southeastern Wisconsin. When you retain his services to manage your network you have gained a loyal and dedicated member of your team. He's very much like have a full-time employee, but without the burdens associated with staffing.

Profile

I am a technical business professional with 30 years of experience in sales, business management, Internet infrastructure and SMB IT services. My company provides highly skilled technical services: SMB network management & support. My clients state that I am responsive, motivated and independent. They appreciate that I am a self-starter and will work directly with their staff.

Twenty years providing IT services

  • IT management for a manufacturing client with 140 employees with over 200 networked devices.

  • Network support for local small businesses on a project or crisis basis.

  • Managed a mixed PC and MAC environment for a local arts organizations with two locations. This included an Xserve, Windows Server and OpenBSD/OpenVPN firewalls.

  • Supported a real-estate developer’s mobile network running on a Windows cluster. This client needed a highly available network that could support mobile workers and branch offices -- I assisted the Director of IT in the integration and support of this network.

Fourteen years providing Internet services

  • Website and email hosting for hundreds of businesses in North America.

  • Owned and operated two Internet Hosting companies: with responsibilities running the gamut of network implementation, server management, client acquisition, support, website and eCommerce development. I deployed a business system that automated the process of accepting website orders and provisioning website hosting.

  • In 2012, I finished migrating my web hosting platform to cPanel to make the company more attractive for acquisition and successfully sold the assets of the hosting business.

Twenty-eight years in sales

  • As a manufacturers sales representative, I sold custom and engineered components to OEMs. The sales in question were frequently engineered for the customer, and commonly involved a three-years sales cycle.

  • Products that I represented include: precision machined components and assemblies, motors and controls, injection molding, clutches, custom fasteners and cooling fans.

  • Services that I promoted and sold include: engineering consulting and placement, home-health monitoring, Internet hosting and connectivity, and IT management.

  • All my entrepreneurial endeavors involved sales and customer retention. Relentless support is the key to my success in retaining clients.
